Slicedbread is a digital agency located in sunny Los Angeles, California. Slicedbread needs a SEM Analyst to join our team to help assist with the rapid growth of our clients. You will collaborate with our creative and technology teams to execute each campaign. Compensation: Base salary: DOE + Commission, Profit Share, Unlimited Vacations, Medical, Dental, and Vision Responsibilities and Duties • Management of client search, shopping, and display accounts • Creation of new campaigns including strategy, copy, ad build-out, and deployment • Set up, deployment, and optimization of Shopping Feed campaigns • Contribute research, insights, and strategy recommendations • Assist in workflow processes with clients and internally • Develop comprehensive strategies for marketing clients • Create monthly reports and analysis for marketing clients • Become Google Adwords Certified within 3 months of hiring Qualifications and Skills • Minimum 2+ years experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Double Click, Twitter Ads, Linked In Ads, and You Tube Ads • Experience creating product shopping feeds, setting up Google Merchant Center, and managing Product Listing Ads in Adwords • Managed paid advertising accounts with monthly spend above $20k+ • Expert proficiency in Google Analytics with 2+ years experience • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets • Technical knowledge of tracking codes, URL strings, and Google Analytics • Strong writing and proofing skills for optimized, convincing ad copy • Experience managing multiple campaigns for over 20 clients is a plus • Experience with Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce is a plus • Ability to develop strategies to overcome limitations like MAP pricing is a plus • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degrees in mathematics, statistics, or marketing are a plus • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus Candidate Profile • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, and ecommerce platforms • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and campaigns • Critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills • Comfortable with CPL, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROI analysis • Stays current on PPC trends and tools • Knowledge of sales funnels, landing pages, and lead generation campaigns • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Sense of humor, maturity, curiosity, enthusiasm • Energetic, goal-driven, professional work ethic Other Benefits • Collaborative work environment with a team-first approach • Opportunity to dedicate 10% of work time to personal projects or experiments • All qualified applicants must complete an assessment test Application Form
