Fulltime role (remote) We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications for our growing client: Responsibilities • Build campaigns from the ground up, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and ad copy generation • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search marketing to ensure that campaigns remain competitive and aligned with the latest developments • Test and optimize automation settings, bids, keywords, text ads, ad extensions, product feeds, and landing pages to improve performance Skills, Competencies, And Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, computer science, mathematics, or similar • 4+ years of experience in paid search, preferably ecommerce or performance/direct response • Understanding of Google paid search algorithm, ranking, and updates/changes in processes • Experience managing Product Listing Ads (PLA) • Experience with analytics platforms • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel • The ability to analyze large datasets to gain insights and make confident recommendations • Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and course correction • Ability to effectively work together with stakeholders of varying skill sets across all levels • A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, and a self-starting mentality • Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks Sponsorship is not available.
