A company is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to drive new user growth through Paid Search and Performance Max channels globally. Key Responsibilities Manage a budget for SEM campaigns to attract new sellers across all products in the US market Collaborate on strategy, execution, and optimization for Paid Search and Shopping campaigns Oversee reporting of campaign metrics and recommend performance optimizations based on testing Required Qualifications BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience At least 3 years of performance marketing experience managing SEM campaigns Experience with Google and Microsoft campaigns, including strategy and testing Google Ads Certification Familiarity with Search Ads 360 and Performance Max campaign types is a plus
