What You’ll Do • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads • Craft strategic media plans tailored to service-based businesses with both local and regional targeting goals • Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, audience performance, and KPI trends • Continuously test and refine creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve conversions • Develop and present performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations • Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to align messaging, copy, and targeting • Contribute to the development of internal systems, SOPs, and optimization playbooks • Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices, implementing new tactics and betas when relevant • Provide mentorship to junior team members as we grow our media department You’ll Thrive Here If You Have • 2-4+ years experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn preferred) • Strong background in audience targeting, conversion tracking, and funnel-based strategy • Hands-on experience with budget management and performance optimization • Ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and make strategic decisions from metrics • Clear, confident communication and client facing presentation skills • Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager • Proficiency in creating campaign reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio • Google Ads Certifications (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire) Job Type: Contract Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
