As a Paid Search Specialist at Make & Model Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Microsoft Ads. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities • Provide ongoing recommendations for budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign enhancements • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices through continual learning • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the workflow of creative assets and ensure campaigns meet brand, compliance, and co-op guidelines • Effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting timelines and maintaining attention to detail across all projects The Ideal Candidate: • Has a working knowledge of key paid search metrics and how to evaluate campaign performance • Is eager to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and grow in a fast-paced industry • Has a strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to understand all facets of digital marketing • Brings new ideas to the table and takes initiative to test and execute them • Is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple clients • Works well with account managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution • Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a team culture • Is passionate about digital marketing and excited to stay up to date with evolving platforms, tools, and campaign types • Possesses strong project management skills and the ability to track multiple moving pieces Your final compensation will be determined by your experience level and skillset • Compensation is reviewed annually • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (Employer pays 50% of premiums) • Simple IRA + 3% Matching Opportunity • 10 Paid Time Off days in your first year + your birthday.
