Responsibilities • Exemplify and contribute to company core values of Caring (passion for team, projects, success), Curious (continuous journey to learn and add value), Competitive (internal drive to deliver the greatest work and attitude possible) • Work within company tools to manage the day-to-day activity of all ad campaigns • Understand and evaluate data and be able to explain results to internal team and to clients, when necessary • Juggle multiple ad campaigns and share insights as to when to make changes as needed • Communicate with internal team members and clients to understand client goals and business • Analyze and communicate paid media campaign results through high-level reporting, ensuring every insight is paired with a clear 'so-what' and a roadmap for proactive tactical improvements • Stay on top of industry trends and changes and share The average day around here • Internal and external discussions to understand the client’s business goals • Internal and external discussions to understand the client’s target audience(s) • Implement quantitative and analytical skills to use and analyze data to achieve strategies and optimizations • Manage the development and implementation of Paid Search best practices • Exhibit professional and authoritative communications, whether client-facing or internal meetings • Monitor campaign performance using analytics programs • Pull, analyze, and report on Paid Search strategies to internal team members and clients, tying to client’s expectations and goals • Staying on top of industry trends and changes • Communicate with internal team members and clients to understand client goals and business • Exemplify and contribute to company core values of Caring (passion for team, projects, success), Curious (continuous journey to learn and add value), Competitive, (internal drive to deliver the greatest work and attitude possible) • Work within company tools to manage the day-to-day activity of all ad campaigns • Understand and evaluate data and be able to explain results to internal team and to clients, when necessary • Juggle multiple ad campaigns and share insights as to when to make changes as needed
