About the position Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit and TikTok • Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performance • Ensure all funnels, websites, and tracking tools are set up correctly before launching traffic • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make real-time adjustments to improve results • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Strategy Team to scale client accounts • Take a proactive approach—identify gaps, action items, or pivots needed before they become problems • Request and source creative assets from clients, social channels, or internal teams • Ensure ad relevance—no outdated, out-of-stock, or off-season products running in campaigns • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving ad performance, budgets, and client strategies • Deliver insightful reports on key performance metrics, campaign insights, and next steps • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously test new strategies, placements, and ad formats Requirements • 1-2 years of experience managing paid Meta & TikTok ads (eCommerce experience preferred) • Proven ability to manage multi-level paid ad funnels—beyond just boosting posts • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid traffic, and conversion funnels • Hands-on experience with Meta Product Catalogs & Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills • Highly proactive—anticipates needs and drives strategy without waiting for instructions • Ability to give clear direction on what’s needed in an account to improve performance • Strong responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-moving environment Benefits • Comprehensive health benefits • Unlimited PTO for work-life balance • 401(k) with company match to support your future • Company-paid life insurance for peace of mind • Flexible remote or hybrid work environment
