Our Agency "> The Paid Social Advertising Lead will drive campaign development, activation, and innovation for assigned brands, applying social mastery to deliver against client goals. This role will collaborate with the Associate Director in strategy development and communication, while owning tactical execution and managing the Social Analyst(s) to ensure timely delivery of tasks and career development. "> • Direct Analyst(s) in conducting research for new campaign development. This role requires 3+ years of paid social media experience, preferably in an agency environment, along with mastery of social platforms, demonstrated expertise in MS Excel functions, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, project management, and organization skills, ability to work successfully with teams, proven leadership ability, demonstrates initiative, collaborative approach/attitude, certifications in social platforms highly preferred, and experience in social SAS preferred.
