We take pride in working side by side with our clients and make it our business to deeply understand their business.We are looking for a full-time Paid Social Advertising Director who is strategically minded to help us grow our clients’ businesses worldwide. You are a data-oriented growth marketing professional with experience working in-house or at an agency managing a range of budgets. ).Build and manage paid media plans, track budgets and forecasts, evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness, and pinpoint new opportunities for growth and expansion.Constantly build and test hypotheses and campaign variables to optimize ad spend and drive efficiency.Work with in-house Creative team to develop compelling social ad creatives and copy.Help ideate and optimize landing pages that drive conversions.Research trends and report competitive market activities; keep pace with social media platform changes, trends, and cutting-edge tactics; apply learnings quickly to campaigns.Education & Experience RequiredMinimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field.E-commerce experience is a must.Experience managing a range of paid social campaign budgets.Experience running ads via their native platforms (vs. managing an agency).Experience owning and reporting on key KPIs to clients such as CAC, ROAS, etc.Deep understanding of paid social advertising campaign management and optimization practices.Experience running clean A/B creative and audience tests.Software Experience RequiredMeta/FB Business Manager and associated tools (Ad Manager, Partner Manager, Events, Automated Rules, Data Sources, Campaign Planner, etc.
