Paid Social & Content Creation Internship

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern to support our growing marketing team with paid social content, creator management, and campaign execution. Paid Social Creative & Content Support Create short-form video content for paid social advertisements across TikTok, Instagram, and MetaFilm and edit content using tools like CapCut, TikTok, Canva, or similar editing softwareEdit raw footage into engaging, high-performing content optimized for paid advertisingStay current on social media trends, editing styles, hooks, and storytelling techniques that drive engagement Assist in tracking and reporting on paid social creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and other platformsHelp identify trends, winning hooks, and high-performing content styles to inform future creative strategy A fast learner who takes initiativeA flexible team playerDetail-oriented and organizedInterested in beauty, skincare, content creation, and marketingComfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBased in Richmond, VA and/or able to work in-person at our office
