Experience creating short-form videos, TikToks, Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content, or paid ad creatives Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Descript, or similar software Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, direct-response messaging, and the first 3 seconds of a video Ability to write scripts, creative briefs, headlines, captions, and ad concepts Experience finding and managing outside creators, actors, spokespeople, or video freelancers Ability to create multiple versions of the same ad idea for testing Strong organization skills with scripts, deadlines, revisions, footage, and final assets Comfortable creating content around tax debt, IRS notices, back taxes, unfiled returns, and financial stress Experience with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, paid ads, lead generation, or direct-response marketing is preferred Experience in tax, finance, debt relief, legal, insurance, credit repair, mortgage, solar, home services, or another lead-generation industry is a plus Join No Upfront Tax Relief as a Paid Social Creative Producer and help create the ads that drive our growth.
