Company Description About We Are Rosie We Are Rosie is seeking a Paid Social Manager to manage day-to-day execution and optimization of the Client's paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms throughout the studio's 2026 theatrical release cycle. Campaign Execution Set up, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for the Client film releases Implement audience targeting strategies, creative rotations, and bid management aligned to the AD's direction Own trafficking and campaign structure including naming conventions, pixel/tag implementation, and UTM tracking Maintain budget pacing and daily spend targets across all active campaigns Optimization & Testing Monitor performance daily and make hands-on optimizations to improve efficiency and delivery Execute A/B and creative testing plans informed by the Paid Social AD Identify underperforming audiences, placements, or creative assets and escalate with recommended adjustments Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and best practices relevant to entertainment campaigns Reporting Pull regular paid social performance reports and contribute to cross-channel dashboards Flag issues and optimization wins to the Paid Social AD proactively Maintain clean, well-organized account structure and documentation for visibility and continuity Qualifications We partner with more than 200 of the world's biggest brands and agencies to help them solve unique marketing challenges with the best people, swiftly and at scale.
