Who You Are: Interest in digital marketing, paid media, social platforms, and customer acquisition Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with paid social platforms, digital advertising concepts, or analytics tools is a plus Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides is a plus Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including AI, with an interest in how they can thoughtfully support efficiency, insight, and innovation. Must be 18 years or older.
