TLGNWA lawyers are licensed in six states and practice in multiple areas of the law, including agricultural & food law, banking law, business law, criminal law, employment law, domestic and family law, and estate planning. TLGNWA is seeking a Marketing and Administrative Support Intern (paid) develops TLGNWA’s marketing initiatives and creates related content while also providing general office support to our administrative team and attorneys as needed. - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all clients and client matters; - Review current firm marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement; - Develop proposals for new marketing strategies that align with firm goals and practice area objectives; - Present and justify marketing recommendations to firm leadership; - Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment; - Track and adjust calendar to optimize engagement and reach; - Coordinate content scheduling with key firm events, attorney activities, and industry trends; - Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for practice areas, attorneys, and firm-hosted events; - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for improvements - Collaborate with attorneys and staff to align campaign messaging with client needs and firm priorities; - Write, design, and produce content across multiple platforms (social media, website, email, print, etc. ); - Ensure all marketing materials reflect the firm’s brand identity, tone, and professional standards - Manage the production of multimedia content (graphics, videos, presentations) as needed; - Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed for specialized marketing projects; - Monitor marketing metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions) to assess effectiveness of campaigns; - Prepare regular reports on marketing performance for firm leadership and recommend adjustments based on data insights to continuously improve outcomes and grow social media presence; - Assist with firm and client-related events, such as firm lunches, annual holiday parties, or client appreciation events; - Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, emailing, and mailing as needed; - Scan and file digitized client files; - Provide backup and support for the Front Office Administrator as-needed, including but not limited to client and guest reception, answering phones, conducting initial intakes, meeting preparation; - Provide support to firm partners and attorneys with document preparation, mail, and clerical support as requested; and - Run firm errands as needed, including, but not limited to purchasing supplies, mailing items at the post office or overnight delivery service, shredding confidential documents, and delivering pleadings and filings to courthouses or clients (mileage paid for all firm-related errands). Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time, hourly position with an expectation of 10-15 hours per work week.
