Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with e-commerce objectives and target audiences. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and potentially TikTok Ads. Conduct audience research, identify target segments, and implement effective targeting strategies. Create compelling ad copy and work with designers to develop eye-catching visual assets for campaigns. Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting. Generate regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns. Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and other major social advertising platforms. Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. Experience with A/B testing ad creatives and copy. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness. Familiarity with e-commerce business models and conversion tracking.
