Paid Social Media Buyer, Meta Ads (Part-Time, Freelance)

The Growth Directive is looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Buyer to own the day-to-day management and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns across a portfolio of health, wellness, and other regulated-industry clients.

You’ll work closely with our Fractional CMO and Growth Studio team to translate growth strategy into high-performing paid social campaigns. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is highly analytical, proactive, organized, and comfortable independently owning campaign execution and performance.

What you’ll be working on

Own Meta advertising campaigns from launch through ongoing optimizationMonitor performance, pacing, and budgets across multiple client accountsOptimize campaigns against ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and other core KPIsAnalyze campaign and funnel performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunitiesDevelop weekly performance reporting with clear insights and recommended next stepsIdentify and prioritize testing and optimization opportunitiesAnalyze creative performance and collaborate with the broader team on creative testing strategyMaintain organized campaign structures and documentationCommunicate proactively with internal team members and clientsParticipate in client calls and clearly articulate performance, learnings, and recommendationsWhat we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy environmentExperience managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyExperience advertising within regulated industries is requiredExperience managing accounts across a wide range of monthly budgetsStrong understanding of how campaign structure, testing strategy, optimization, and budget allocation should adapt based on
