Qualifications • Proven experience with Meta Ads • Experience with Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other social channels a plus • Critical thinking • Persuasive writing and use of data • Time and project prioritization • Consistently meet deadlines • Effectively deploying budgets across campaigns and platforms • Proactive with recommendations • Understand statistical significance / confidence levels • Understand and optimize marketing metrics and KPIs • Google Analytics and other MarTech tools • Keep up with current industry trends • Push the envelope with new hypotheses and tests • Familiar with Monday.com, Slack, Excel / Sheets, Powerpoint / Slides • Embrace rapid change Typically we pay an hourly fee based on your experience. We will collaboratively set task lists weekly, budgets monthly, and strategies quarterly.
