Paid Social Media - Freelance

Responsibilities: \\- Oversee the campaign strategy, creation, execution, optimization, and monitoring of paid marketing campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook for several brands \\- Constantly ideate new campaigns, hooks, messaging, and funnels to drive leads, and sales to our website properties -Adjust/optimize campaigns, targeting, and expansion opportunities to hit aggressive targets and predefined goals -Manage relationships with key vendors and agencies -Work with the broader marketing team to help bring new areas of opportunity to life through new pages, products, and promotions to deliver better ROI -Utilize analytics tools to run reports and aid in the development of performance insights -Stay up to date on the last trends, betas, and areas of opportunity to help push our brands to new heights Qualifications: -Required: 2+ years managing Paid Social campaigns spending $100k+ per month -Preferred: Experience managing direct-to-consumer campaigns spending $100k per month -Preferred: 1-2 years media buying experience on native / social networks -Ability to multitask between different accounts, campaigns, and objectives on a daily basis; agency experience is helpful, though not required -You are a strategic thinking and problem solver -Strong project management skills -Experience partnering with cross-functional departments to achieve goals -Scrappy, “roll-up-your-sleeves,” attitude to create copy, assets, images, etc., to rapidly test, and iterate -Advanced analytics / reporting experience -Excellent writing and communication skills - ability to work with a remote team is paramount -Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field -Experience in SaaS business models and metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, etc. Apply Here: https://getmarketers.io/apply-talent/
