Job Overview: As the Paid Social Media Manager, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for paid social media for assigned clients, leading campaign development, activation, and innovation. Responsibilities: • Leading the development and execution of paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and ensuring client expectations are met • Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising • Collaborating with other team members to develop effective campaigns and strategies • Monitoring campaign performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and achieve KPIs • Analyzing data and preparing reports to communicate campaign performance to clients as well as make recommendations for optimizations. Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience in the tactical execution of paid social media programs in an advertising and marketing agency environment • Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram paid social media advertising • Familiarity with paid social media channels such as LinkedIn, Tik Tok, and other emerging platforms • Ability to develop effective social media campaigns that deliver against client goals and KPIs • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for social media advertising and experience in managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, we would love to hear from you.
