The Specific Responsibilities Of The Paid Social Media Marketing Analyst:Hands-on Campaign Management: Optimize paid social media advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition and return on investment (ROI)Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition and growthData Analysis, Performance Management and Reporting: Leverage data analysis & insights to optimize paid social media campaigns, track key performance metrics, and report findings to various stakeholdersCross-Functional Communication and Collaboration: Be the voice and owner of your accounts, collaborating across teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectivesLearn and try something new every day and have fun doing it!Qualifications Include:1-3 years of experience in Paid Social Media performance marketing, managing ROI-focused customer acquisition campaigns (Meta/Instagram)Proven track record successfully developing and executing paid social strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growthStrong analytical skills Hands-on data analysis experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and/or similar platforms.
