Job Responsibilities: • General: • Guide overall social media efforts to elevate brand, image and awareness for all assigned clients • Collaborate with team members to integrate social media with other advertising initiatives for a holistic approach • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications in order to recommend strategies that keep our clients ahead of the curve • Paid Ads: • Develop and execute paid social media campaign strategies that deliver against client goals and KPIs • Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, including optimization opportunities to improve performance – including: channel strategy, budget management, targeting, creative and ad copy, etc. Personal social media accounts will not be considered. • Knowledge of social media platforms and their native management tools • Experience with analyzing performance metrics and results-driven optimization • Excellent copywriting skills & experience writing in multiple brand voices • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently exceed objectives and contribute to the success of clients and the agency overall
