Paid Social Media Supervisor

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Salary - $80-$100K Paid Social Media Supervisor Our client, a well-established agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Supervisor across key client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a strong focus on leading paid social campaigns end-to-end while partnering closely with clients and internal teams. This is a good fit for someone who’s hands-on in paid social but also wants to step further into strategy, client interaction, and team leadership. Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day lead on paid social campaigns, from planning through execution and optimization Translate broader marketing goals into clear, actionable paid social strategies across platforms Oversee campaign setup, trafficking coordination, pacing, and performance monitoring Manage the workflow across campaigns including planning, activation, optimizations, and post-campaign reporting Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, investment, and activation to develop media plans and respond to client needs Identify new opportunities, platforms, and approaches to improve performance and bring fresh thinking to campaigns Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging capabilities within paid social Play a role in client communication, helping present recommendations and performance insights Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables Requirements 5+ years of paid media experience, with a strong focus on paid social Hands-on experience across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and contribute in client-facing settings Someone who’s proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment #LI-HE1
