You’ll turn data and creative learnings into clear decisions, run smart innovations, and scale winning ideas. You’ll use automation and Bliss Point insights to focus spend where it works best, and you’ll partner closely with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership in your Pod. You’ll also mentor Specialist and Senior Specialist teammates and turn best practices into repeatable playbooks.Key responsibilitiesClient‑Centric Turn executive business goals into a growth‑focused Paid Social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty; set expectations, offer clear options/trade‑offs, and secure alignment. Lead Q stories that connect media to business impact (revenue, CAC, LTV) and handle high‑stakes adjustments with trust and transparency. The Tinuiti Way Pair deep Paid Social craft (creative, audience, signal quality) with growing multi‑channel understanding (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative); teach clients and teammates and codify reusable playbooks. Connect the dots across channels for clients: explain how Social works with Search, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle, TV/Audio, and Creative; propose simple, integrated plans (who does what, when, and why) and a measurement approach to prove combined lift (MMM/lift where feasible; clear proxy reads otherwise). Product‑Led Orchestrate platform features and automation to unlock growth (e.g., Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, Tik Tok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+); pilot safely, measure, then scale. Apply Bliss Point insights (Forecasting, Always‑On Incrementality, Creative Insights, Brand Equity) to guide budgets, innovations, and creative/audience bets; provide structured feedback to improve tools. Data & Measurement‑Driven Design sound lift/holdout tests when feasible (or strong powered A/Bs), define success thresholds up front, and maintain a steady read cadence; forecast expected impact and risk. Keep signals healthy and reliable (pixel/CAPI, event mapping/priorities, UTMs/GA4); explain data caveats when recommending changes and reallocation. Owner Mindset Think and act like an owner: spot recurring waste across accounts, fix the root cause, and set simple standards the team can keep.
