Tinuitiās Paid Social Strategist role focuses on planning and improving full-funnel Paid Social programs across multiple platforms to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, with expertise in creative testing, audience design, and pixel/event health. They will work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership to turn business goals into clear Paid Social plans and report results in plain language tied to business impact. The successful candidate will be able to pair strong Paid Social craft with growing multi-channel understanding, teach clients and teammates, and document what works for others to reuse. They will also use platform features and automation to grow results, apply insights from Bliss Point to guide budgets and creative/audience bets, and keep data and tracking healthy.
