Paid Social/Media Coordinator

It will provide the opportunity to learn various aspects of display media, creative analysis, ad copy writing, paid social media, and more. What you will be doing: • Work closely with media team, especially digital media managers • Work with media partners such as Facebook, Pinterest, Amazon, and Google • Learn media tools such as Campaign Manager 360 • Learn data to automate and visualize data • Master pivot tables and learn Tableau • Upload creative into ad server • Send tracking reports to vendors • Maintain strong relationship with vendors • Call or email vendors on a daily basis to check on status of campaigns or to address questions or concerns • Be another set of eyes and ears to support the Booyah media planners and buyers. Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Excel used specifically for trend analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and large data analysis • Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Aptitude to quickly learn new software tools for monitoring and reporting • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication • A self-starter with strong multi-taking and organization skills • Ambition and drive to produce great results for superiors and clients • Ability to work well under pressure • Rigorous attention to detail and time management skills – please include the phrase “purple pine” at the top of your resume to be considered • Preferred Additional Skills & Experience: • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or DOMO • Experience in a professional workplace setting, especially working on a team Who is Booyah Advertising?
