This position pays well and the pay is based on your experience level. Working every other Saturday will be required to meet with our customers and provide estimates. • Must have the ability to manage a small painting crew of up to 5 employees, must be able to effectively supervise and ensure that projects are completed on time. • Must have some estimating experience as a small part of your duties will be going to prospective customer’s home and providing estimates for our services. Because you will always be working at our customer’s properties you must be able to pass an extensive background check.
