We are looking to add another subcontractor crew to our team for exterior repainting this year! Our team will take care of marketing, advertising, sales, and provide you consistent work...you simply deliver top quality work and get paid within 3 days of project completion. What is a crew for us? \\- 2-4 person crews \\- Professionalism, courteous and friendly to customers \\- 5+ YEARS experience with exterior painting \\- At least 1 person on crew with ability to read, follow, and speak English \\- Crew that want to partner for consistent work \\- Liability Insurance Required ($1 million policy at a minimum) \\- Prefer workman's compensation on employees, but not required MUST HAVE: \\- Truck or Van \\- Equipment, including ladders, brushes, pumps, power washers, etc. \\- Driver's license & vehicle insurance \\- LLC \\- Liability Insurance ($1 million) BONUS \\- Experience with wood rot and siding replacement \\- Workman's compensation insurance This is not an offer for direct employment.
