Copyright Office • Independently draft domestic and international Office Action responses, related prosecution documents, and correspondence to clients • Communicate with foreign associates regarding international trademark matters • Register and manage Internet Domain Names, both generic and country extensions • Draft and file TTAB actions and responses • Excellent accuracy in reviewing, monitoring, and maintaining docket deadlines • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with team members, staff, and employees at all management levels within the firm and within our clients’ organizations. 70-80K Depending on Position and Experience Ref # 11668381 Trademark Paralegal Our client, a leading regional law firm located downtown Denver is looking for a 4 plus domestic and foreign prosecution trademark paralegal to support their growing intellectual property practice. The Trademark paralegal will collaborate with the attorneys in maintaining Firm client trademark registrations by communicating with the attorney or client on various trademark matters including: trademark filings, maintenance filings, renewal instructions, extension of time filings, declarations of use, Section 8, 9 and 15 filings, drafting specification of goods and services and related amendments, and responses to office actions. A Bachelor's Degree and or an ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate is required for this position.
