Job description We are looking for an Part-time Community Manager to work 30 hours per week, which would include benefits, to independently manage a 66 unit LOW RISE apartment building in Seattle (near Shoreline). Since 1974 Schneider Homes Inc has been developing distinctive communities in the Greater Puget Sound area and Washington State. Offering thoughtfully designed mid-rise and garden-style apartments with spacious, open floor plans. Physical requirements: Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk property, including 4 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, and show apartments. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
