Unfiltered Media Group is seeking a part-time (approximately 25 hours/week; ideally 9am-2pm Monday-Friday) professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in our downtown Fort Collins office. You will support our growing company with a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer experience for our multiple brands. · Answer customer emails and phone calls, including taking orders over the phone, supporting magazine subscriptions, and handling event and merchandise inquiries · Process subscription orders You MUST provide cover letter, resume AND hourly salary requirements for consideration.
