Following a full website redesign, we are expanding our marketing strategic thinker and execution capabilities and are seeking a part‑time team member to manage digital presence, content publishing, content creation, community engagement, and AI-driven competitive monitoring .The Role We're hiring a part‑time Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator who's fluent in AI and genuinely interested in real estate. You'll shape how Trend Graphix shows up online—through blog content, social media, newsletters, and customer community.This role blends hands‑on digital marketing strategic plan and execution with AI‑assisted research and content support .You will:Write blog articles and marketing contentPublish and promote content across channelsManage social media, newsletters, and community engagementUse AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, etc.) to monitor our brand, track competitors, and work faster than traditional marketing allows.It's a great fit if you love creating content, building community, and using AI as a daily multiplier—not a novelty.Key Responsibilities Digital Presence & ContentDevelop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic search visibilityCreate blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content (with AI assistance)Manage social media presence (Linked In, Facebook, X, and others as relevant)Build and send email newsletters and campaigns to prospects and clientsProduce short‑form video content for social and training purposesCommunity & Customer AdvocacyCultivate customer advocates and gather testimonials, case studies, and referrals.Monitor and respond to online reviews; encourage satisfied clients to share feedbackSupport customer community initiatives and engagementCoordinate feature announcements and product updates to clientsMarketing OperationsSet up and manage marketing automation workflowsTrack and report on marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)Collaborate with sales team to align content with outbound messagingCreate basic training videos, tutorials, and onboarding materials for clientsContent Writing & SupportWrite short‑form and mid‑length blog articles (e.g., 600–1,000 words) such as:Product updates and feature highlightsMarket insights summariesThought‑leadership or “explainer” content (AI in recruiting, analytics trends, etc. )Use AI tools responsibly to:Draft outlinesSummarize industry trendsRepurpose existing materials (emails, webinars, PDFs) into blog contentCoordinate with other content writers when deeper or more technical pieces are required.Blog & Content PublishingManage the content calendar for blogs, newsletters, and social posts.Coordinate blog/article publishing with internal team or developers:Submit final content in required format (Word Docs, etc.
