A boutique recruiting agency based on the Upper East Side is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online visibility, lead generation, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the agency’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Create and schedule compelling content tailored to the recruiting and staffing industryExecute targeted email marketing campaigns to candidates and clientsOptimize website content for SEO and monitor keyword performanceManage and monitor Google Ads/AdWords campaigns, including budget tracking and performance reportingAnalyze data and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion ratesCollaborate with the agency owner to align marketing strategies with business goalsRequirements:4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or professional services settingProficiency in SEO, Google Ads, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling platformsStrong writing and content creation skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage projects independentlyExperience in recruiting or HR marketing is a plusFlexible hours. Part-time to start, with potential for growth into a larger role.
