Heart & Home Connections is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help us expand our impact in the special needs community. We provide respite care, care coordination, and support services for families of children and adults with disabilities, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about using marketing to make a difference.
