As our part-time Digital Marketing Specialist at Lancaster Products, you'll lead marketing for an industrial manufacturer in Lebanon, PA from a fully remote home base anywhere in the Eastern time zone. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute, optimize, and help evolve our digital marketing efforts.
What you’ll do
Lancaster Products builds mixing and material processing equipment for a variety of industries. To support our Marketing Manager, we are seeking a hands-on, part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support campaign planning & execution, content development, and ongoing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or B2B marketing and can translate strategy into effective, measurable campaigns.
Day-to-day you'll:
Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channelsDevelop and refine campaign assets (emails, landing pages, ads, etc.)Create and edit content aligned with technical/industrial audiences, including our monthly newsletter, website copy, brochures, white papers, and case studiesCoordinate and publish content on website and social platforms (especially LinkedIn)Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs, conversions, ROI)Support SEO and paid media efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate new campaign ideasMaintain brand consistency across all digital channelsManage and optimize marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)What you need to thrive in this role:
Proven ability to execute campaigns – not just plan themFamiliarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)Strong writing and content development skills for technical audiencesWorking knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid digital advertisingAnalytical mindset with experience using tools like Google AnalyticsThe ability to be a self-starter who can manage projects independently in a part-time, remote roleAvailability within a 9am-5pm ET window for meetingsHands-on social media management, especially LinkedIn, including a working understanding of how the algorithm behavesExperience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical markets strongly preferredA degree in marketing, communications, or writing is preferredOccasional availability to come onsite a plusAbout us

Today our flagship K-Series High Shear Counter-Current Mixers and equipment are built in our 75,000-square-foot facility in Lebanon, PA, alongside a full process design lab dedicated to developing customized mixing solutions that achieve consistent results and meet unique process requirements.
We're a small team, and that's the appeal. You'll work directly with our marketing lead and our leadership team, including sales and, engineering for support. You'll have an active role in developing and driving creative campaigns, and you'll see your work show up in the field.
