We’re hiring an Ecommerce & Lead Gen Advertising Account Manager at a 60% role (3 days a week) to lead client relationships and manage paid media programs across Google, Microsoft, and Meta. This is a client-facing role for someone who is confident owning accounts, leading strategy, and communicating clearly with business owners and marketing teams. You’ll manage a portfolio of ecommerce and lead generation clients and take the lead on: • Account strategy and execution • Ongoing optimization and performance improvement • Client communication and reporting • Project management and internal coordination Qualifications • 2–5+ years hands on experience within paid media accounts for: • Ecommerce brands and/or • Lead generation businesses • Strong experience in Google Ads (required) • Experience with Meta Ads (required) • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and optimization • Excellent communication skills — you can confidently lead client calls and explain performance clearly • Proven ability to take ownership of accounts and lead strategy • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently • Shopify Experience • GA4 experience This role is based in Dedham, MA
