Each location is a retail space of units (100-200 sq ft. in size) that are rented to professional tenants who run individual businesses. There is flexibility to schedule your own hours, however, timely responses are necessary and will require a few of these hours to be on weekends or in the evenings. Responsibilities include: Sales and Marketing • Keeping properties occupied with qualified tenants • Promptly following up on sales leads and scheduling property tours for all prospects • Conducting property tours, logging activity and assessing prospective tenant quality • Prepare and document new and renewal leases • Helping with marketing and advertising for the recruitment of new tenants • Building relationships with target tenants in the area and maintaining communication with the waiting list of tenants Client/Tenant Relations • Providing excellent customer service and establishing good professional relationships with all tenants • Conduct orientation on the property for new tenants • Responding to texts, phone calls and emails with questions from current and prospective tenants • Responding to tenant concerns; coordinating with owners, maintenance contractor and other vendors to address concerns in timely manner • Addressing any rule enforcement issues (infrequent)
