Key Responsibilities • Execute advertising and awareness campaigns in coordination with leadership • Design marketing and advertising materials, including: • Print and digital ads • Flyers, postcards, signage, and promotional pieces • Campaign graphics and branded assets • Contribute creative ideas for increasing community awareness and improving campaign effectiveness • Create and manage QR codes, links, and basic tracking tools • Track and report on performance metrics such as: • Reach and engagement • Assist with scheduling and coordinating advertising placements • Maintain brand consistency across all materials • Organize campaign files, assets, and basic performance data • Collaborate in person with leadership and staff on messaging and improvements What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications • Strong design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus) • Experience executing marketing or advertising campaigns • Comfortable tracking basic metrics and learning what works • Willingness to bring ideas, test them, and adjust based on results • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in an in-office environment Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week Work Location: In person
