This position plays a key role in providing marketing support to the Marketing Manager and/or Brokerage team. Design and produce branded property brochures that align with company standards Design, maintain, and schedule property marketing email campaigns Update and edit visual assets, including floor plans, photos, and other materials Design experience is key to the success of this role Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms Excellent independent problem-solving abilities and adaptability Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and workflows efficiently Previous marketing support experience preferred, ideally in a professional services, real estate, or agency environment Applicants must submit samples of previous graphic design work to be considered Do you have experience with branding guidelines?
