Overview... Solve is seeking a part-time office manager to keep our office up and running. Some of the things you'll do • Welcome visitors, in person or by telephone • Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls, emails and voice messages to appropriate team members/departments • Maintain tidiness of the agency (kitchen, conference rooms, bathrooms) throughout the day • Update public calendars, schedule appointments and meetings as needed • Maintain copy/office/kitchen supplies inventory, ordering via supplier • Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries daily • Provide basic troubleshooting of conference room equipment, copier and communicate repairs as needed • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, preparation of packages for FedEx & UPS shipping • Research and arrange travel and accommodations for team travel as needed • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. phones, fax machines & printers) • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Proactive and resourceful, with ability to juggle tasks and maintain organization • High school degree or equivalent • Previous work experience as Office Manager a plus Solve is an award-winning, independently owned advertising agency and two-time Ad Age “Small Agency of The Year.” We’re strategically focused, creatively driven, and relentless in our drive to solve our client’s challenges in remarkable ways.
