PART-TIME / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE We're seeking individuals who want to join our team as part-time as candle, bath + body, fragrance makers. • Making bath + body: room spray, perfume, labeling, lotion, body butter, bath bombs, candles, etc. We will all generate revenue as a team! • Organized and detail- oriented and consistent high level of communication • Comfortable with public speaking and selling / representing • Loyal, dedicated and a team player willing to learn and collaborate with our team ** Workshops, trade shows and events will vary outside of normal shift hours This individual will be a critical team member + will be wearing many hats, including, but not limited to: • Website enhancements / updates • Email marketing (Kalviyo) • Managing social media platforms • Designing marketing materials • Candle designs • Photo shoots (quarterly / as needed) • Managing customer reviews & customer loyalty platforms • Tracking analytics and reporting KPIs across email, social media, rewards program and more • Create a marketing budget and managing social media advertising • SEO website management • Organizing product images for wholesale customers Primary Job Responsibilities: • Champion brand image, vibe and overall creative vision • Plan, create and publish exciting content for Instagram (posts, stories, reels), Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest with the ultimate goal of generating revenue and building our brand! • Generating Facebook/Instagram posts, stories, possible IGTV opportunities and Pinterest content • Analyze social media analytics and present weekly/monthly trends and recommendations to owner • Independently establish monthly/annual advertising budget and KPI (key performance indicator) goals for IG and Facebook • Respond to each direct message across social media in an overly helpful manner • Engage enthusiastically with customers to each comment on social media • Collaborate and prioritize projects, ideas, designs, events, etc… based on marketing / operational needs • Maintain “big picture” mentality and be ready to help our team in a moment's notice • Exercise creative freedom to drive additional sales and customer loyalty FLEXIBLE WEEKLY HOURS: Minimum 15 Hours a Week Ideally Monday, + 2 other days a week (5 Hour Shifts) Valid driver's license and transportation to/from work is required.
