Responsibilities for Real Estate Assistant: Assist real estate agents with the coordination and preparation of Listing presentations Prepare, deliver and pick up real estate documents Create, design and distribute real estate brochures and marketing materials Handle advertising of the property online on a variety of social media platforms Coordinate sign installs and change requests Obtain information and public records about the property for sale Manage real estate files on google drive Coordinate signatures on real estate documents with DocuSign Manage personal property webpages Pay vendors and submit invoices Qualifications for Real Estate Assistant: Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Strong organizational skills Ability to think ahead and see “the big picture” Computer literacy to administrate a variety of web platforms Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes Graphic design experience preferred to create advertisements Administrative, accounting and marketing experience Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and repair persons both verbally and in writing People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate agents Transaction Coordination experience is a plus but not required Compensation $18 - $20 hourly DOE
