The ideal candidate(s) will have skills in tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, general custodial duties, familiarity with Seattle Landlord-Tenant Law, and specific training in Fair Housing Law. Previous resident manager experience and a basic understanding of maintenance are preferred. · Managing Turnover of vacant units and leasing of the same · Understanding of general maintenance procedures, building materials, and common property issues.
