Part-Time Sales & Marketing Lead This role is revenue-focused and best suited for someone who enjoys sales, follow-up, and turning opportunities into revenue, with light marketing support tied directly to sales growth. Sales-Driven Marketing Support (Secondary Focus) • Execute email campaigns and promotions targeted to wholesale buyers and existing accounts • Coordinate with our Social Media Content Assistant to support sales initiatives • Assist with sales materials, promotions, and product launches tied directly to revenue growth About You • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (CPG, food, agriculture, or wellness preferred) • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences • Proven experience or interest in sales with a proactive approach to reaching targets • Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey brand messages • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage priorities in a part-time role • Experience working with a CRM system preferred • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and ideas Pay: From $35.00 per hour
