Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support our Sales & Marketing team with data management, list building, and targeted outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, fast typing ability, and experience with mail merge.

There is also an opportunity for cross-training, including assisting with incoming calls. Candidates who are eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities may have room for growth.

Responsibilities:

Build and organize prospect lists for marketing campaignsScrub and match lists against customer databaseMaintain accurate data and recordsPerform mail merges and create mailing labelsSupport targeted marketing efforts and outreachAssist with additional office tasks as neededRequirements:
