Boost Media Group is looking for a Social Media Management Specialist to plan, implement, manage and monitor the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Strategize, execute, and manage a portfolio of Social Media ad campaigns. • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance to achieve objectives. • Report on key metrics for every campaign with the ability to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions to and internal stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years in Facebook and Instragram Advertising and Analytics • Strong problem-solving ability • Knowledge of B2C & B2B • Strong Excel and analytical skills • Superior attention to detail • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads • Proven track record of driving towards acquisition goals under set targets, timelines, and budgets • Experience in creating an acquisition strategy • Knowledgeable in brand development strategy • Excellent verbal and written communication • Experience working both strategically as well as tactically to build, deploy & track campaigns • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
