Part-Time UGC Marketing Manager (Contract)

We're expanding beyond second lines into a broader suite of privacy tools, including VPN, Verified Numbers, and more. We're a small, fast-moving team with a dry, witty, privacy-savvy toneand a very low tolerance for cringe. You'll deliver assets that work for Meta ads first, but also organic TikTok and Instagram Reels. This is a part-time, contract role (minimum 10 hrs/week), reporting to our Creative Project Manager and working closely with Paid Media and Brand. What You BringExperience producing UGC or managing creator campaigns for performance (Meta ads in particular) A sharp eye for authentic-feeling video, and an aversion to overproduced content Familiarity with trends and formats across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Strong organizational and communication skillsyou can brief clearly and manage lots of moving parts Experience with privacy, tech, dating, gig work, or niche app categories A point of view on Burner's brand, and ideas for how to bring it to life in UGC Bonus PointsFamiliarity with key creative-forward metrics inside Meta ads (hook rate, hold rate, IPM, etc) Familiarity with various approaches to testing creative Understanding of what makes people/users convert Ability to understand and quickly iterate on what's "working" Experience working with customer creators or testimonial-based content Original content programming chops (series, campaigns, voices) Experience in privacy, dating, gig work, or privacy-sensitive categories Rate: $40$50/hr depending on experience Hours: Minimum 10/week, flexible scheduling Start: October 2025 Location: Remote (Los Angeles-based preferred for on-site video shoots when needed) Reporting to: Creative PM (Malique) Contract: 3-month to start, with potential to extend
