This individual sets the strategy and development for multiple learning paths within the curriculum and influences the direction and quality of the overall program. This individual will work closely and autonomously with product, marketing, and sales subject matter experts from across Amazon Ads to define learning objectives and deliver programs that drive fluency across Amazon Ads products and services. Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences for agencies and partners Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers, marketing, sales, and product subject matter experts to influence the development of training deliverables Analyze and define learning gaps and needs, group and sequence complex content across a curriculum, write content for comprehension, and design effective learning activities and assessments.
