We partner closely with ag‑retailers, cooperatives, and distributors to extend our impact across the ag value chain, and we’re looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to help bring those partnerships to life.Role Overview This position will execute co‑marketing initiatives, manage partner enablement content, and support joint marketing campaigns with partners. The Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with both the marketing and partnership teams to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and execution.What You’ll DoPartner Campaigns & Co-MarketingExecute co‑branded marketing campaigns in partnership with the Channel Manager – Ag RetailTranslate the partner strategy set by the Director of Partnerships into clear, effective marketing executionCreate and manage partner enablement materials (sales collateral, one‑pagers, training resources)Plan and support joint webinars, trade shows, and partner events, including booth logistics and on‑site support, ensuring goals are clear and ROI is measuredTrack partner marketing performance, sharing insights with Marketing and PartnershipsPartner Enablement & ContentCreate and maintain partner enablement materials, including:Sales collateralOne‑pagers and pitch decksTraining resources and talking pointsSupport partner onboarding by ensuring they have the right marketing assets to represent Traction Ag effectivelyEvents, Trade Shows & Booth ManagementSupport and manage Traction Ag’s partnership presence at trade shows, conferences, and partner eventsAssist booth logistics, including:Booth setup supportSwag, signage, and collateral readinessOn‑site execution and teardown supportCoordinate with partners on shared booth space, joint sponsor ships, or co‑hosted eventsMeasurement & OptimizationTrack and report on partner marketing performance, including:Event outcomes and follow‑up effectivenessShare insights with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to improve future campaignsCampaign engagementLead flow and partner‑sourced pipelineCross-Functional CollaborationServe as a day‑to‑day bridge between the Marketing and Partnerships teamsCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations to keep partner initiatives moving forwardYou’ll Be Great at This If You:Understand how ag‑retailers, cooperatives, and distributors operateEnjoy juggling multiple projects and keeping details organizedLike blending creative execution with practical logisticsAre comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partnersDon’t mind rolling up your sleeves at events and trade showsHow We’ll Measure SuccessSuccess looks like:Consistent execution of co‑marketing campaigns that support partner‑sourced pipelinePartners feeling enabled, supported, and aligned with Traction Ag messagingTrade shows and partner events that are well‑run, on‑brand, and effectiveClear reporting on partner marketing performance and insights shared across teamsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in B2B, partner, or field/event marketingExperience supporting trade shows or live events (booth management a plus)Strong organizational and communication skillsWillingness to travel up to 20‑30% for partner meetings and eventsAg‑tech, ag‑retail, or SaaS experience is a plus, not a requirementWhat We Offer Remote First EnvironmentFlexible Work ScheduleCompetitive and cost‑effective benefits plans — Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) Plans with Company MatchUnlimited Paid Time OffPaid Holidays#J-18808-Ljbffr
