Partner sales manager

As a Senior Manager on the PLUS (Paid Leave United Support) team at Walmart Connect, you're in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world! You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, Merchandising partners, and Marketing support to grow your client's business and drive revenue at Walmart. Walmart Connect is the retail media business within Walmart, Inc. We were created to keep up with the changing world of Walmart customers by offering more than just media. What you'll bring : • Natural curiosity and dedication to getting answers to questions, especially through data interpretation • Passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in the wide world of Walmart Merchandising • 8+ years of experience in digital sales with some combination of experience in Search / Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP / automation background • A proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, create programs for brands to connect with consumers and identify sales opportunities • An ability to prioritize effectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives • A team-first mindset, with a desire to bring your cross-functional colleagues along for the ride Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) • Stock equity incentives
