JOB DESCRIPTION and EXPECTATIONS Qualifications \\- Current and valid drivers license \\- Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently \\- Computer literate (competent use of multiple websites and interfaces) \\- Professional and courteous demeanor \\- Professional telephone etiquette \\- Detail oriented working style Duties and Responsibilities of a P/S Assistant \\- Maintain cleanliness of office and customer waiting area \\- File and maintain accurate records \\- Process parts, deliveries and returns, including cores \\- Monitor and order parts and supplies as needed \\- Maintain a clean organized work area \\- Assist on estimates for services and repairs once technician completes inspections and diagnostics \\- Contribute to parts list and canned jobs as needed Auxiliary Duties \\- Perform tasks assigned by Service Manager, Shop Manager or Owner \\- Assist with courtesy phone calls, social media management and online advertising campaigns \\- Assist with quality control through various practices \\- Assist with inventory control \\- Maintain contact with suppliers and vendors call 406-248-6366 to set up an interview.
